Yes. Because patients often have more than one type of acne scar, Dr. Anwar may recommend combining different treatments to address different aspects of the scarring. one treatment may address tethering beneath the skin while another targets surface texture or deeper individual scars.
WHAT IS SUBCISION?
Subcision is a minimally invasive procedure used to treat certain depressed acne scars. using needle to place beneath the scar to release fibrous bands that are pulling the skin downward. Allow the skin to lift while stimulating the body's natural healing and collagen-remodeling response.
